About the event
Join us December 16 2022, in our twelve seat movie theatre, for the Canadian Premiere of Wilfrid, a ten minute short film written and directed by Stratford native Samuel G. Davey and starring actors Marion Adler, Seana McKenna, and John Dolan. The film (based on the best-selling Australian children's book Wilfrid Gordon McDonald Partridge and filmed here in Stratford Ontario,) is a heartwarming story that explores dementia, memories, and the relationship between children and the elderly.
All screenings are free to attend and will occur every 30 minutes from 5 - 9pm. Drop-ins are welcome, but booking a ticket online is encouraged as our space is very small. Filmmaker Samuel G. Davey will be on hand throughout the evening of December 16 to answer questions and discuss the film and its themes.
